DOE’s Office of Energy Dominance Financing Unveils Five Goals as for Strategic Plan

Washington, DC—In response to the release of the “Strategic Plan: 2026-2030” by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Dominance Financing (EDF), SAFE’s CEO Avery Ash gave the following statement:

“This Strategic Plan reflects the comprehensive approach to America’s energy security that SAFE has long supported. By financing necessary grid upgrades, secure domestic supply chains for the critical minerals we need to compete globally, development of innovative technologies, and more power generation capacity, the Department of Energy is addressing energy and national security as the connected challenges they are. EDF’s loan authority has been and will be a powerful tool to build the energy infrastructure, supply chains, and workforce powering America’s industrial and technological foundation.”
