Director of Business Development and Project Execution, Transdev North America
Tim Kennedy specializes in energy and transportation business strategy and public policy. With Transdev – an international public transit operator – Tim has two main roles. He directs the Program Management Office for Transdev’s public-private partnership with the public transit agency in New Orleans. In this role, he is responsible for delivering strategic projects for New Orleans’ regional public transit network. Tim also works on business development for Transdev in the US and Canada.
Tim has consulted on energy, water, and transportation policy, business strategy, and economics in 12 countries. He has advised four national governments on energy policy and regulation, including the Bahamas, where he helped draft the country’s first regulations for distributed renewable energy.
