Graham W. Jenkins is a senior intelligence analyst with Novetta, a federal contractor, conducting structured analysis and assessments in support of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence. His background lies in strategic planning, wargaming and red-teaming, and risk management. Graham previously worked as a consultant for Ernst & Young and as a defense analyst at the Scitor Corporation and Institute for Defense Analyses, specializing in nuclear policy and strategy, global energy, logistics, and wargame design.
Graham is an adjunct fellow with the American Security Project; he was a 2017-18 Penn Kemble Fellow at the National Endowment for Democracy and a 2013 Nuclear Scholar with the CSIS Project on Nuclear Issues. He also served as the communications director for MetroTAG and the WMATA Riders’ Union, two Washington-area transit advocacy groups. Graham holds an MSc in Theory and History of International Relations from the London School of Economics and a BA in history and international affairs from Sarah Lawrence College.
